NEED HELP WITH COMMUNITIES?

Communities are only available to users in the beta. Check below for solutions to issues you may encounter!

WHY CAN'T I ACCESS COMMUNITIES?

 If not in the beta (expand) 

Communities is currently in early access, which means the use of Communities is limited while we continue testing, gathering feedback, and making improvements. As a result, not all members will be able to access Communities right away. You will, however, continue to have access to our existing forums.

We're gradually expanding access as we work toward a wider release. If you don't currently have access, be sure to review the FAQs below for more information about eligibility, enrollment, and what to expect during the beta period.

If you’re unable to use Communities and you are part of the beta, please contact earlyaccess@teaforwomen.com and we’ll be glad to assist you.

HOW TO NAVIGATE TO COMMUNITIES

Important note for iPhone users: Communities must be accessed through Safari or another mobile browser on your phone at app.teaforwomen.com. It will not appear in the Apple App Store version of Tea during early access.


Android users will need to update their app; once done, the Communities icon on the bottom navigation bar will appear. 

HOW TO JOIN A SPECIFIC COMMUNITY

When you open Tea, you will see an icon at the bottom that looks like a teacup. Clicking on this will take you to Communities. From there, you can join any Community by clicking the join button in the upper right.

HOW TO LEAVE A COMMUNITY

Once you’re a part of a community, the join button will change to three dots. Clicking on these dots will give you the option to leave the Community.

HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM THE BETA PROGRAM

If you no longer wish to participate in the beta program, please reach out to earlyaccess@teaforwomen.com with the subject line “Beta Withdraw.”
