HOW DO I GET MORE TEA ON A SPECIFIC MAN?
If a basic search doesn't give you enough information, you can use our advanced tools to crowdsource more details or run an investigative search.
Posting and boosting (expand)
To post a man, hit the black "+" button and fill in his details. If you don't hit "Create Post" at the end, it won't go live.
If you need answers fast, use the purple "Boost" button. This puts your post at the top of the feed and in the swipe list for 30 days.
You can post a man in a different city by editing the location field in the post; this is a great way to check on a partner who lives far away.
A green flag means no issues; a red flag means someone had a bad experience. Users often leave these based on the caption or their own firsthand knowledge.
HOW DO INVESTIGATIVE SEARCHES WORK?
Our "FBI Girly" tools pull from public data sources and across the entire internet to help you verify an identity.

Phone Lookup: If a name doesn't match, the number was likely owned by someone else previously. No results usually mean it's a "burner" or VoIP number.
Image Search: This scans the web for social media profiles. It works best for active users and may not find profiles set to private.
History: Tap the purple history button in the search area to see your past results without using up a new search.
Dating Apps: Our tools do not search dating apps directly. Your best bet is to search the "Posts" area or make a post to ask the community.
HOW DO I UNLOCK FREE PREMIUM OR JOIN THE TEAM?

Invites and opportunities (expand)
Inviting friends unlocks free Premium access, including nationwide searches and name alerts.
If your friends are outside the US, they cannot join, as Tea is currently a US-only platform.
If your invite link isn't working, file a support ticket under "Feature Problem" and we will upgrade your account manually.
