Feed
Your feed is your window into the local community. Learn how to customize your view, track your own posts, and troubleshoot connection issues so you never miss a beat.
CUSTOMIZING YOUR VIEW
By default, your feed is designed to keep you informed about what's happening nearby. If you want to dive deeper or see what's going on in another area, you have full control over your settings.
Managing your feed location (expand)
By default, your feed displays all posts made within 100 miles of the city you selected in your account settings.
To narrow your view to just your specific city, tap the filter button to the right of the search bar on your feed and set a custom maximum radius.
You can use the filter tool to change your feed's location to any city across the United States.
The white teacup icon on a post indicates the total number of comments that have been made, allowing you to see where the conversation is most active.
CUSTOMIZING YOUR VIEW
If you’ve shared a post but don’t see it in your immediate feed, don’t panic! It hasn't disappeared. The feed only shows what’s local to your currently selected city.
Tracking your submissions (expand)
If you don't see your post in the main feed, it’s likely because you posted the man in a city more than 100 miles away from your current location settings.
You can find your post instantly by searching for the specific name of the man you shared.
To see a full list of everything you've shared, tap the three-line icon to enter your settings and select the "My Posts" section.
You will receive automatic notifications whenever another user comments on your post or adds a red or green flag to it.
TROUBLESHOOTING FEED FUNCTIONALITY
If your feed is looking empty or won't load, it’s almost always a technical glitch related to your connection rather than the app itself.
Troubleshooting (expand)
If you aren't seeing any posts at all, this typically points to a localized Wi-Fi issue.
We recommend turning off your Wi-Fi and switching to your phone's cellular data to refresh the connection.
Switching to data usually resolves loading issues and brings the feed back online immediately.
